Noel joined the FW Haxel team in 2012 as part of the accounting team. Over the years, she has worn many hats and fulfilled many roles across various departments. She can be found providing customer services and sales support, receiving and shipping packages, coordinating artwork and installations across our teams, and working with our manufacturers to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
Noel recently became a 4th generation owner of the business and is excited to see what the future holds. She is most passionate about working with loyal customers of FW Haxel who have been with us across generations. FW Haxel is like a second home to Noel and she considers our customers to be like family.
Beyond the office, Noel resides in Abingdon with her husband of 4 years and 2 cats. She enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, gardening, swimming, and spending time outdoors.

Brad Warner has over 15 years of experience and is a 4th generation owner of FW Haxel. Brad learned the Haxel secrets and expertise from various family members throughout the years. He has worked in multiple departments, from printing, manufacturing, and finishing, to over to 8 plus years in the field completing installation and repair jobs of every kind.
Brad now serves as the installation manager. Over the years Brad has developed a deep understanding of the industry and the needs of his customers. His years of experience make him a problem solver who can quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. He is a walking encyclopedia of flagpole parts and can often identify every part and possible issue with a pole from a simple Google image search.
He loves nothing more than ensuring his customers are happy and their flags, banners, and signs highlight and draw attention to their needs. He takes immense pride in his work, and will always go above and beyond to meet the needs of his customers. Outside of work, Brad resides in Parkville, MD, and is a huge fan of the local sports team. If he’s not taking in a Ravens or Orioles game, you can find him on the local golf course enjoying a day on the links.

Justin Nemic, MBA joined the team as an owner and President in 2023. With a Fortune 500 pedigree, Justin is an accomplished business leader having managed successful teams, vast distribution networks, and high-profile customer accounts. He has worked with global teams in France, India, China, and South America to develop and launch new products.
Justin’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to the FW Haxel team. He is excited to help the company grow, leverage its legacy, and enhance its product offerings. Justin helps drive FW Haxel’s customer centric approach through operating efficiencies and dynamic problem solving.
Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, and by way of South Carolina, Justin currently resides in the Brewers Hill section of Baltimore. In addition to enjoying the vibrant shops and restaurants of downtown Baltimore, he also loves to play guitar, golf, exercise, and travel.

Ryan is an experienced financial executive with a proven track record of success across a variety of small businesses over the last 20 years. He has been responsible for, and built teams, to manage the following financial and operational duties: accounts payables and receivables, payroll including benefits administration, cash management and forecasting, budgeting, bookkeeping and general ledger management, audit preparations, financial and operational reporting, recruiting, talent management, and sales, and more.
During his career, Ryan has scaled a business and managed a sale, managed due diligence, contributed to strategic planning, and overseen multiple transitions. While skilled and experienced in financial management, his true passion lies in finding and creating operational efficiency. He is results driven and innovative, always tying financial reporting and insight into actionable business outcomes for sustainable growth.
Ryan is a lifelong Baltimore native with deep ties to the community. He resides in Federal Hill (and has for the last 17 years) with his wife and young children. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, yoga, running, playing basketball, and the occasional visit to a local brewery or two….
